How to use <3

☼ AM / ☽ PM​

Use for a maximum of two to three times a week, for 5-10 minutes per session.​ Cleanse face thoroughly before or during your steam. Ensure the steamer is positioned on a flat and stable surface. Fill the water reservoir at the back with distilled or filtered water only and press the power button on the front to switch on. Position face in front of the nozzle at a distance of approx. 20cm. The steam will begin to emit in seconds. Now relax for the treatment!

Follow with your regular moisturiser or serum to prolong the hydrating benefits of the steam or cleanse skin again to decongest.

Warning: Steamer must be placed on a flat surface for the duration of use to prevent flooding or leaking. Fill the water reservoir with filtered or purified water only!

Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Your order will ship within 3 business days from the purchase date. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us and we will replace the damaged goods.
